The item doesn't fit me, what now?
If an item doesn't fit you and it's not a custom-made item with painting, you can return the item within 14 days of arrival. If the item is damaged, it can not be returned.
If it is a painted custom-made item, we will find a solution. Please contact me about this on
None of your sizes fit me.
Exceptions and other requests can be made in a custom commission where it can then be discussed.
I generally charge an additional fee of €250 for custom-made products that are outside the sizes I offer, as I have to change the shape and make a new mold.
My size is missing from the configuration.
I develop separate sizes for each shape, so it can sometimes take a while for the product to be added to the selection for your size in the configuration.
